Kent Sharkey to speak to Michigan human resource professionals about goal achievement
TROY, Mich. (Sept. 18, 2015) – Ulliance, Inc. (Ulliance) President and CEO Kent Sharkey will present at the 2015 Michigan Society for Human Resource Management (MISHRM) annual conference taking place Oct. 14 – 16 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Sharkey will be participating in the breakout sessions, which are attended by hundreds of Michigan human resource professionals.
Sharkey’s presentation, Achieving Personal Victory in a Team: What’s in it for me, if it’s all about teamwork? is slated for Friday, Oct. 16 from 9 – 10:15 a.m. Sharkey will explore how human resource professionals can balance priorities while building work relationships. During his session, attendees will learn how individuals can meet their own needs and interact positively in a group while achieving team goals.
