Rob Dube will present on leadership and how mindfulness meditation is a critical tool for leaders. The participants will learn new facts about meditation and its application and effectiveness in workplaces. The session will include a practical instruction and short guided meditation of two minutes.
- Learn how presence and awareness in the workplace can impact employees and their families
- Define meditation and address common misconceptions
- Understand how leaders in a variety of workplaces are implementing mediation as an effective method to enhance the work environment and interactions
