    Program Overview
We want to help our employees live healthy lives. What does it really take to change a habit? If you build it, offer it, subsidize it, will they come? Is it enough to offer something? What else does it take to create lasting change? The reality is…if behavior change was easy, we wouldn’t be in the position we are in. When we take time to consider and address the personal, social and structural influencers of behavior we can dramatically increase the likelihood that new behaviors will stick.

In this session, Organizational Development expert and Master Trainer, Doug Finton will present Change Anything. A concept that incorporates recent research with the best social science research of the past 50 years to identify tactics that vastly improve success rates in behavior change. Through this presentation, we’ll learn strategies we can employ to overcome mindsets and assumptions that undermine our ability to change behavior along with a proven approach for changing habits for good.

Attendees will walk away with tactics they can immediately apply to their health promotion strategies and a helpful framework for planning programs that will make a difference.
