Meet Darcy Miller
Darcy Miller is on a mission to transform the world through professionalism. By showing how kindness – to yourself and your colleagues – can be leveraged as a tool to create immediate and positive change, she’s impacting teams every day.
Long lauded for her ability to bridge communication gaps between her coworkers and across different departments, she’s mastered the art of facilitating understanding, collaboration and connection between just about any groups of people.
Darcy is a lawyer who loves to work hard and have fun (no kidding!)! She loves to help companies teach their employees the skills necessary to bring tremendous value to themselves and their employer. She recently published and authored a book packed with resources and examples of how to succeed in the workplace.
Darcy will help your organization foster incredible collaboration and effective communication. She reveals practical, energetic and actionable tips for navigating the workplace that we can put into place today.

Meet Sara Eklove
Sara Eklove received her Master’s in Social Work from Western Michigan University and has over fifteen years of experience in a variety of social work settings and has been with ENCOMPASS since 2006.
Sara’s role at ENCOMPASS EAP, a subsidiary of AllOne Health EAP includes work as an Employee Assistance Counselor and Executive Director.
Clinically, Sara primarily sees clients in Law Enforcement and Fire First Responders as a part of our BACKING THE BADGE team. Sara is also a certified Substance Abuse Professional.
As Executive Director, Sara oversees the daily operations of ENCOMPASS EAP. Sara enjoys working to develop strategies with client companies which will serve to enhance performance and productivity. Additionally, Sara plays an integral role in business development and community relations for ENCOMPASS EAP.
Meet Jessi Zielinski Veldhouse
Jessi received her Master’s in Social Work from Western Michigan University and has over fifteen years of experience in a variety of social work settings, and has been with ENCOMPASS since 2006.
Jessi’s role at ENCOMPASS EAP, a subsidiary of AllOne Health EAP includes work as an Employee Assistance Counselor as well as Vice President of Organizational Development.
Clinically, Jessi primarily sees clients in Law Enforcement and Fire First Responders as a part of our BACKING THE BADGE team. Jessi is also a certified Substance Abuse Professional. Additionally, Jessi is ICISF certified and provides CISM support and debriefs for client companies.
In her VP role Jessi manages EAP topical training, organizational development of client companies and assists client companies in optimizing the utilization of their EAP benefits. Jessi enjoys developing topical training and presentations which support client companies in enhancing employee work/life balance.
Meet Kim Weishaar
When did you last get a good dose of fresh air? For Kim Weishaar, the answer is probably, “today!” Kim’s favorite days are those spent outside, whether she’s hiking a trail or paddle boarding on a lake. Even if there are no activities planned, she’s happy to just be standing in the great outdoors, both close to home and around the globe.
Kim serves as chief financial officer and managing partner leading the Operations Team at Southwest Michigan First. In her day-to-day role, Kim is considered the organizer of many things including numbers, buildings and the team culture through her management of the accounting, finance and human resource functions. A two-time graduate of Miami University in Ohio, Kim is all about keeping things organized while thinking outside the box to support Southwest Michigan’s economic success.
In the office and her personal experiences, Kim knows how to maximize an opportunity, from enhancing an accounting process to soaking up the sun to visiting 15 countries in a single trip to Europe. In her free time, Kim also loves to pick up a good book, enjoy a local craft beer and spend time with family, friends and her husband, Alex.
Meet Michelle Salvatore
Michelle Salvatore leads Team Member Services at United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM). This team services all UWM team members and is comprised of multiple teams: Payroll & People Analytics, Benefits, Wellness, Engagement, Talent, Community, Special Programs and Team Relations. As the SVP of Team Member Services, Michelle has been a driving-force behind the teams’ cutting-edge approach to the typical “HR” team and their ability to execute on processes and solutions. Under her leadership, the Team Member Services Team at UWM has been able to provide team members an enhanced and holistic wellness experience that helps drive the company’s unique culture.
Meet Jennifer Mercurio Leen
As the Director of Well-Being at HENNY PENNY, Jennifer’s role supports the company’s “People First” culture. With an incredible team, she drives initiatives and form sustainable strategies that focus on the total health for their employees and families. Being a “People First” culture, HENNY PENNY encourages each other to be the best version of themselves to grow both personally and professionally. At Henny Penny, we recognize and maintain our social purpose to give back to the communities where our employee owners work, live, and raise their families.
